Our Mission

Our Mission is to build relationships with municipalities and other public entities, share ideas, and promote programming models for the development of an Aquatic and Ice Facility in the Northern Shenandoah Valley.

Our Vision

Our Vision is a regional, state of the art Aquatic and Ice Facility in a premium, accessible location that is operationally self supporting, serves all potential user groups, and promotes sports destination tourism.
